Any complaint or claim relating to vehicles parked at an unofficial lot or the services provided by that operator should be directed to the operator of the lot and not to the Port of Galveston. To arrive at the parking lot from IH-45, take first exit from Galveston Causeway to Harborside Drive (the main thoroughfare in front of the cruise terminals). Harborside is also designated by the State of Texas as State Hwy 275.
